Arte City Council
The Arte City Council is the representative group of Academic City Arte. These individuals are elected by their group to represent them. The representatives are as follows: one representative for each local guild, the garrison leader, the local Archbishop of the Church of the Star, and then one for each of the city districts. This arrangement allows for every section to have a voice at the table.
