Parrs Harbor Artikel Outpost

A small two story building under control of the Artikel. This branch purchases magic items from Mercenaries and Adventurers, and manages local members of the Artikel. Manned by the dwarf Sayers Elmclan, the building can house up to 2 more members of the faction at any time.    

Location

This faction outpost is located around the middle of the towns infastructure located south of the Eastern Road and Aboiteau, being built upon the Flats.  

Atmosphere

The shop is usually empty with little or no activity. Sayers only job is to assign tasks to faction members who then go out for the day, and colelct magic iems that are brought to him, leaving him in a relaxed work environment.  

Services

The outpost would purchase magic items from mercenaries and adventurers who came to the outpost, calculating the items wealth and determining a price.   It also functioned as a management post for members of the Artikel, sending local members assignments that would be relayed to them through Sayers.  

History

in the year 1352 NE, the Artikel purchased this building and established it as a faction outpost. prior to this, the building was empty for two years, having been a failed contruction project by the York Family.   In 1436 NE, the building was put under management by Artikel agent Sayers Elmclan, who has maintained the building ever since.
