Cult of the Dragon
Multiple groups use this title and follow under the same banner. Some factions of the cult spend their time aiding the work of the Metalic Dragons, helping them collect knowledge,while other sects attempt to turn dragons into Dracoliches, and attain power through these means. The Dragon Cult spanns many groups with many different conflicting ideals, and because of this the cult is considered a small threat, and not a proper faction.
