General Physical Condition
She is physically imposing - she's tall, broad-shouldered, and stocky. She's actually pretty weak and out of shape, but nobody can tell because she wears loose long clothing all the time.
Special abilities
If she makes skin-to-skin contact with someone, both she and the person she touched will have a vision of the person's death.
For this reason, Victoria wears gloves and long clothing at all times.
Specialized Equipment
Although Victoria mainly uses magic for combat, she carries a pistol with her in dangerous situations, just in case.
She also seems to carry a strange book with her almost at all times; it seems to be a spellbook, but nobody but her can read what's inside.
