An Ocean in the Sky
A heavy sea hangs overhead, a dark, shifting ceiling with its own tides and storms. It weeps brine from mist to sudden sheets of water, and shapes of ships and leviathans pass within it that no wise soul watches for long.Click to reveal the content!

An Infinite Salt Plain
Below lies an endless white: cracked salt plates, glassy dunes, and mirage lakes that promise water and give only glare. The flats are hostile but not empty, laced with crystal brine, fossil beds, and fallen wreckage from the sky. Travellers navigate by spires, chimneys, and the slow silhouettes of giants.Click to reveal the content!

A Collosal Monster
The Saltwalkers are colossal, city-bearing creatures, each roaming alone for ages without seeing its kin. Their lives outlast empires, but their deaths are real: when one finally falls, its body becomes a new continent of soil and bone on the flats it once crossed.Where to go next?
Above, the ocean waits. Below, the salt remembers. Between them, the Walkers shed and carry us forward. Step on, and see what holds.Click a banner to read more about a specific region!

Themes and Tone
Mornvahl is strange, lonely, tender, and dangerous, but never hopeless.
Each walker, district, and turning point feels dense with history and fragile stability, where people build brief lives on the backs of giants. Wonder and dread sit side by side; discovery is never safe, cruelty leaves scars, and small acts of care, loyalty, and defiance matter because the world keeps trying to grind them down.
Mornvahls Purpose
Mornvahl's purpose is as infinite as the land itself. It is my base of operations for everything I make: a creative writing anchor, a TTRPG staple, and the loudest, weirdest corner of my imagination. This is my "kitchen sink" world. If I have an idea for a creature, a religion, a city, or a whole new genre mood, it usually lands here first. Mornvahl is where I test mechanics, spin up campaigns, and stash all the stories that do not have a home yet.
For players and GMs, that means Mornvahl is less a single campaign and more a shared stage. Walkers, regions, and timelines can shift to fit the table. If it works at the table, it belongs in Mornvahl.

A very cool introduction to this world, and I LOVE the CSS! :O
Eee thank you so much CG!! Thank you for checking out my world, too ^^
If I’m not revising, I’m probably rewriting a town for the third time.
