Concept: The people of the damp, foggy valleys and river deltas.
Appearance: They tend to have skin tones ranging from cool beige to soft umber (adapted to diffused light and fog). Their most distinct trait is wide, dark eyes (better for low-light conditions in the valleys) and hair that tends to be thick and water-resistant (oily or curly).
Culture: Community-focused and mercantile. They are used to flooding and rain.
