Rolar

Situated on the southern most point of western Moria, the Rolar are a matriarchal society that prides itself on their craftsmen and mercantile abilities.   Women in Rolar society are treated as the home keepers, they own land and businesses, preform trade, craft, diplomacy, and academia.
the Rolar men are the workers and soldiers. rarely given the chance to seek higher learning the men are raised into lives of work on farms, mines, orchards, and at sea manning fishing vessels and war galleons. all men are expected to train in arms and warfare, the only education a man can attain easily is in strategy or the healing arts.
the Rolar claim that the dichotomy between men and women is due to the mens ability to fight and die makes them less trustworthy to own land or lead families, as its much easier for them to die and leave their people leaderless.
