In times long past the nation of Admoria was a powerful island nation, they conquered their homeland with overwhelming force and powerful magic. as their empire spread across the sea it is said that the mages of the capital grew reckless, and in their attempts to bolster their nation against the threats that lay across the Sleeping Sea they unleashed a cataclysm on their lands and almost overnight the greatest empire of the time crumbled.
no one knows for sure what caused the cataclysm, all that is known for sure is that the ground broke, cities fell, and millions died. there are no known survivors of the Admorian people, though some of their slaves survived and began new lives on the island. taking up residence in the ruins of once great cities, tearing down temples for stone to build new homes, and starting over as best they could.
