The Sativum Building
The Arcade
After the Great Fire of 1893 Christofel Mull purchased the corner lot where the Hunt House hotel once stood from Thomas George Walton. Over the next three years he built an ornate white granite structure over thirty feet tall which he named The Sativum Arcade. It was intended to be the height of local commercial luxury and cater to those in high society. After 7 PM all entrances to the inner mall are locked, even within the shops. The main foyer is left open to allow access to the apartment residences. Mull's and Burns and Buff are the only two businesses with street access that have later hours.Cafe Viennois

In addition do the above mentioned the Sativum houses a plethora of other shops and services.On the ground floor are a Men's barber and Women's Beauty Salon as well as a ice cream & soda parlor.
The other floors hold a music shop, bookstore, jewelers, florist, sewing machine repair shop, and a great many offices.
The Tower
Over the next decade, with the further development of steam technology, Christofel desired to have Luxury apartments in the city of Morgansborough and built 20 more stories of black metal atop his arcade. Christofel and his extended family have apartments in the apex of the skyscraper.
