Rogue/Sharpshooter

A rogue specialized in using precision optics to make accurate long range shots inflicting bonus damage. They can maintain gunpowder weapons, craft components and ammunition.

Starting at 3rd level, you can shoot crossbows and firearms without any range penalties.

 

They gain Firearms proficiency at 3rd level.

 

Subclass Features

At level 3
  • Firearms proficiency - gain proficiency with firearms and gun cleaning kits
  • Sharpshooter: Starting at 3rd level, you can shoot crossbows and firearms without any range penalties and you ignore up to 3/4 cover.
  • Steady shot:
  • Craft Ammo: During a long rest you can make a tinkerer's tool check DC15 to make 20 rounds of firearm ammunition. This consumes gunpowder and metal worth 1gp
At level 6
  • Precise Shot: You can target enemies even in full cover without any penalties when using firearms or crossbows.
At level 9
  • Ambush Master: Starting at 9th level, you excel at leading ambushes and acting first in a fight. You have advantage on initiative rolls. In addition, the first creature you hit during the first round of a combat becomes easier for you and others to strike; attack rolls against that target have advantage until the start of your next turn.
At level 12
  • Vital Shot: When a creature is incapacitated you auto-crit when using firearms or crossbows.
At level 13
  • Eagle Eye: Starting at 13th level, when you fire from beyond your normal range you gain advantage on the attack.
