Gregor's Magnificent Market
A vast expanse under Lharea has been turned into a market where you can buy foodstuffs, tools, nick-nacks, materials, armor, weapons, guns and magical items. There's a cavernous brightly lit It has some flimsy metal gates leading you into the complex where you can get a strange metal cart on tiny wheels to put your supplies in. Everything has been put in a semblance of order with some humanoid creatures walking around to refill shelves. At the end there is a counter where you place your items to be evaluated and you can pay.
