Confederacy of Vec
The secretive and savage people of Pol are known to have a great hatred for magic. Their lands have been blasted and corrupted by magics.
They lack an organizational structure and are made up of individual clans. Working independently but occassionally they convene in a council led by the Grand Chieftain from an ancient family. The clans are often in conflict over resources and trade routes to the more hospitable lands to the south.
Diplomatic relations between the Empire and the clans have always been good. Approving of their advancement of science and their distrust of magic. They trade of pelts, furs and whale-blubber in exchange of food, weapons and machines.
There is a deep hatred for the people of Therassia whom they consider magical deviants, occultists and demon worshippers.
