A Steamy WorldEmber 2025 Pledge

I pledge to write at least 10,000 words in the december challenge! I far exceeded the challenge last year by writing over 50,000 words but I'm going to take a bit easy this year. It's a lot of fun and a real challenge to write this much in a month. There's a big backlog of lore that needs to be written so it'll be nice to challenge myself to clear some of this writing.

My area of focus will be to expand the lore of the "known" world and make a start on the unexplored continents. Well, at least the parts that haven't been explored by the players and fall outside the major countries. From the mysterious lands of southern Olmerrec where a people live drawn from the influence of far-east Asian cultures, the people that live in on the southern pole in a frigid frozen waste serving an even colder Goddess, merry halflings who created a happy kingdom tucked away in a corner of the world, and much more!

Next up, I'll continue fleshing out the world and working on the backlog of articles. There are still many organisations, families, militaries and economies that need to be defined. A pantheon needs to be build for this godless world that might just get its divinity back! Histories need to be written to liven up the countries, settlements and as fuel for dumping lore on my players!

Also I need import Steampunk tech and magic systems to add to the homebrew of the world. As well as importing more lore from outside of WorldAnvil into articles.
