Faunari
The origin of these creatures is chance magical imbuement from birth. Their parents long ago were nonmagical beasts who were blessed by the Great Dragons to have magical offspring capable of society, culture, language, magic, etc. Afterwards, the Faunari felt it inappropriate to reproduce with the simpler beasts and instead stuck to their own kind within Starlit Glade. Some wander but find the monsters aren't so forgiving to them if they are out of their natural home.
Their capital city is where all subraces of the Faunari live in harmony.
