"The Silver Wall stands tall,"An Argenti Tower Shield refers to the armament wielded by the Silver Guardians of the Twenty Orders. Each shield is custom made to the specifications of the wielder, and is embroidered with the Argenti War Crest (a silver fist, a gristle wheel, an anvil, all with the symbol of the Dawn Warrior.) Disadvantage on Stealth Checks.
Disadvantage on checks to swim, jump, or climb.
While wielding:
+3 to Armor Class.
Wielder is at half cover against ranged attacks that come opposite of you.
Can use full attack action to be at Three Quarters cover. Can use reaction to gain advantage on Dex Save on self or a single ally within 5 ft.
Can be used as a spellcasting focus. Lycanthropes and Undead make attacks at disadvantage.

Manufacturing process
First the melting of silver into quicksilver, lined into refined silver ore. Labor cost to craft the shield to the specifications of the wielder.
Significance
Silver mines are prevalent throughout the Agenti mountainlands. It was believed the Silver in the mountains helped deter the werewolves that hunted the dwarves. When the hordes attacked, Feodor and his siblings defended the commune with massive blocks of iron as makeshift shields. These shields were as large as the dwarves themselves, yet proved effective in defending the cavern openings. People joked they were like towers, thus the moniker tower shield was made.
The silver was added later as an idea that they would help the warrior ward off the hordes. Whether this is true or not is subject to debate.
