Zaratheni / Church / Mercantile Drogasian

Zaratheni, or Church Drogasian is a grammatically much-simplified Drogasian spoken as a liturgical language within the Holy Church of Mankind's Redemption, as well as a secular language spoken throughout the Domain of Zarathenis, as well as the Marklands and across many of the Mercantile States, where a mostly mutually intelligible dialect called Mercantile Drogasian is spoken. Zaratheni / Mercantile Drogasian use the same system of writing as Fucronavian, though orthography and pronunciation are very different. Speakers of Zaratheni, Church or Mercantile Drogasian can usually understand the gist of something said or written in Old Drogasian, though comprehension is generally halting.
