Zorana
Geography
"Zorana" is the colloquial but unofficial term for the regions along the Zora River, where the Zora population in Hyrule is densest. Due to this, the geography varies between the coniferous forests of the Domain in Upland Zorana, the marshes of Lowland Zorana, and the deciduous forests that surround the river as it enters Hyrule Field and terminates at Lake Hylia.
History
Zorana has been used as a term since ancient times, likely for as long as Zoras have been living in the lands of Hyrule. It is not used in official legislation or decrees of either the Hyrulean Royal Family or the Zora Royal Family, but it would not be unheard of for the Zora monarchy to use the term in semi-official pronouncements or addresses.
Tourism
Many people, Zoras and Hylians alike, live on the shores of the Zora River all the time, but there are still many who travel to hike, boat, or simply enjoy it. Those who devote themselves to the Goddess Nayru may also journey to the river, although it is more typical for these pilgrims to visit either the Water Temple in Lake Hylia or Zora's Fountain in the Domain.
