Goddess of the Sands
Divine Symbols & Sigils
The primary divine symbol of the Goddess of the Sands is the depiction of her form as presented by the enormous statue atop the Spirit Temple. The Gerudo symbol itself is often also used in holy spaces.
Similarly to the Seven Sages of Hylianism, the Gerudo venerate the Seven Heroines, who are also depicted in monolithic form in the sacred Hollow of the Heroines.
Tenets of Faith
Unlike the generally polytheistic Hyruleans, the Gerudo are monotheistic, seeing the Goddess of the Sands as a divine mother to their people. It's believed that the Goddess of the Sands forming the Gerudo people on Her own is the reason that they are predominantly women.
