331 Cantor Way
The home of John Bishop and June Bishop, foster parents to ( Insert Character Names here ), and biological parents to Jane Bishop.
Though the house still holds onto some of it's former glory, it has fallen to disrepair the last decade or two. Left to John by his parents after serving as a family home for generations, the building left them with an excess of space. The best use they could think to put it to was to fill it with those in need.
History
The house at 331 Cantor Way, or as it is more widely known throughout Wisteria, The Cantor House, not because anyone named Cantor ever lived there, but because it is the largest house on Cantor Way, and is in fact one of the larger houses in town, was built by Jack Bishop when he and his family and his brothers and his brothers families came to Wisteria over 100 years ago looking for work in the burgeoning lumber and paper industries. John realized, after scouting the city looking for properties on which to build his families futures, that the cost of building 3 houses on three plots of land would exceed the budgets of he and his brothers. Deciding to build upwards in teh style of the triple-decker, he set to work. Soon after construction completed, he sent for his brothers and his wife, who immediately took up residence.
Upon his death, the house was passed to his eldest son James, who in turn passed it to his only child John upon his own passing. With the rest of the Bishop clan having left Wisteria after the closing of the paper and lumber mills, John and his new wife June were left alone in the giant 3 family building. Knowing the plight of the town, and the many youths left to fend for themselves, they decided to open their doors to the troubled children of Wisteria.
