The Tunnel Runners
Lurking in the vast labyrinth of abandoned mining tunnels beneath the surface of Ceres, and forged in the fires of the Orion Insurgency, the Tunnel Runners are one of the foremost rebel groups fighting to wrest control of Ceres from Landsvik & Zhang. Saboteurs, spies, and freedom fighters, the Tunnel Runners have existed for nearly as long as there have been mining colonies on Ceres, and show no signs of disappearing any time soon. Despite L&Z's constant work to wipe them out and end the Runner menace for good, the Tunnel Runners never seem to disappear for more than a few months at a time--likely because they are one of the only rebel groups on almost universally good terms with the Cerean populace, having legitimacy as the oldest group fighting for their freedom and having managed to avoid the war-profiteering and corporate funding scandals that the other major rebel groups have faced.
