It’s a simple way for the Supreme Lord to handle businesses they’re involved in. It includes things like farms, military bases, ambassadors, and much more.

Almost every single inch of the castle is designed to aid in defences. Things like hidden walkways, half-walls, crawl spaces, even the workers of the castle all play a part in it.
History
The castle was started by Supreme Lord Ce-Ce’s father, expanding quickly through his ability to mind control others.
Tourism
Supreme Lord Ce-Ce offers quite a few walk-throughs of various sections of the castle to ordinary denizens of Hell. It’s in part meant to help spread propaganda about her family’s history, as well as for training of demons who one day plan to either join the military or go into service of a Lord.
