Season 4 EP1: Freeing the City

Sam Fatts' Crew parleyed with Redfoot the Relentless via Sam's possession. Redfoot offered 20,000 gold to deliver The Time Machine to him, or half that if they use it first. Through some negotiation he agreed to 20,000 if they bring it to him whenever, or manage to destroy it, despite Redfoot sweetening his original offer with the Chalice of Flowing Time   The party made way to the City of Stat, fighting some bandits on the way. Tiki made some of them into jerky and later fed it to a werewolf vendor in a town - although she didn't know he was a werewolf at the time. The group got a weird vibe and decided to leave town to make camp.   They heard howling in the night and were surrounded by werewolves. But they recognized Tiki as the human-jerky bringer, and were appreciative of getting more jerky and thanked them and left.   The group then found Stat, where Jack saw weird amorphous blobs apparently feeding off the people frozen in time in the city. The group was attacked by these blobs, and while only Jack could see them perfectly, the rest could make out their forms enough to fight them off while protecting the Time Machine as Keli, the Bold kept it repaired.   Once they did so, time was able to be restarted.   Cieth went into a church of Pelor to try to remove the curse from Raven, the Trickster, but the priest was unable to do so. He suggested Cieth come back the next day after he'd had a chance to commune with Pelor.   Meanwhile, in the morning after restarting time, Jack received a sending from the Wailer he hired, saying that ha was able to find his brother, Hides Bushtucker in the Afterrealm.   Game mechanically the group leveled up to level 9.
