Shardway
'Shardway' is the common name given to the portals that open at random throughout Miros, spilling creatures or things from different realities, or providing pathways to different planes. They cannot be predicted or controlled.
These Shardways appear as if the fabric of reality fractures and cracks, like the surface of a mirror, opening a swirling opaque vortex, like molten glass, framed by jagged cracks in space.
