WEEK 1: GET YOURSELF ORGANIZED!

Assignment 1 Consider what changes would fit in with your world's themes, genre, and other foundational points.

• Currently, the world of Mirateia is experiencing an unprecedented length of peacetime, that's unlikely to keep being the case
• Maybe the gods decide to retreat a bit for some time and dont be as active as they currently are.

Based on this, decide how many prompts you'll go for during Summer Camp

• All of them, simple

Get your categories and tags organized!

• Not going to do it during the Summer Camp but at some point, the world might benefit from the categories being more organized
• dont really use tags, dont see the benefit for my small world 

Take a look at your meta, primer, and any other high-level document and update it according to the current state of your world.

• Dont use the meta, I'm not looking at it anyway, nobody else is
• Dont have a primer

WEEK 2

Consider what kinds of refuge would fit in with your world's themes, genre, and other foundational points.

• the Empire of Dercia acts as a refuge for mainly elves coming from the Principality of Clifia 
• people could seek refuge in temples
• people could ask the gods for help-seeking refuge
• a natural harbour could act as a refuge for some ships

Find a community—whether that’s our Discord server, Facebook Group, your RPG or friend group, or something else.

• Im in the WA discord, Laura Bones Discord, my own, Jacob-W´s Discord and a handful of others

Find ways to improve styling and layout in your world!

• If my world were any bigger I might put more weight into it but as I mainly build for myself I dont have the energy

If you’re a CSS wizard, maybe take the time now to give it a polish!

• I dont practice the dark arts of CSS magic

WEEK 3

Consider what kind of beliefs would fit in with your world's themes, genre, and other foundational points.

• There are multiple religions in the world of Mirateia so there are all kinds of beliefs 
• the religions are all some version of polytheism

Create a bank of inspirations! Quotes, music, description of experiences shower thoughts, etc.

Find art and pictures that inspire you, and grab a map if you don't have one (and need one).

WEEK 4

Consider what kind of decay would fit in with your world's themes, genre, and other foundational points.

• Could explore more of the Ancient Empire and its decay
• could look into old temples
• people who have fallen from grace

If you like special tea when you write, stock up for a month. Tidy your office, make a “do not disturb” sign, and think about any other last-minute strategies to optimize your writing space and time!

Review your world homepage to hook potential readers!

• its looks fine, could it be better? yes of course but it would require me to be a CSS code dark wizard and I'm not

Take a look at your author profile and pillar articles on your world and polish them!
