More than two decades ago,
mixed offsprings of Elves and Werewolves were outlawed.
Yet five survivors of the purge managed to stay hidden,
either in the shadows or in plain sight.   An assassin who learned to trust no-one but herself.
A former knight longing for some peace and quiet.
A warrior trying to atone for failing to protect his tribe.
A slave eager to take control of her own life.
An alchemist trying to earn power and fame.   All of them are used to fending for themselves.
However, when a wealthy trader is meant to die,

Sona'Ria

Stalking her targets from the shadows. Attuned to the Elements of Air and Fire, and armed with lots of daggers.

Independent and callous, pursuing her goals with ruthless efficiency.

 

Thakon

Playing bodyguard until he can afford to retire. Attuned to the Elements of Ground and Lava, and armed with a giant sword.

Weary and easily frustrated, but cares more about the world than he likes to admit.

 

Areon Son of Zepran and Lumia

Taking on low-risk, low reward mercenary jobs. Attuned to the Element of Energy, and a master of unarmed combat.

Thoughtful and controlled, but far less at peace than he appears on the outside.

 

Feng Ara

Hauling heavy crates at the docks. Attuned to the Elements of Air and Fog - too bad her owner took countermeasures.

Caring and protective, but quick to anger with lots of pent-up frustration.

 

Lex Herabur

Selling poisons and explosives to the city's criminals. Attuned to the Element of Plant, and prefers to stay out of danger.

Moody and underhanded, with a tendency to cling to whoever treats him well.

 

Supporting Cast

Hamir

A well-connected man who matches rich persons without scruples to criminal persons with skills.

Orta'Bilas

A rich person without scruples, but with a local rival, whose business would fit nicely into the Orta company.

Roli'Tullo

The head of the local ore trading company, and one of the most influential businessmen in Sil'heva.

The port city Sil'heva is the second-largest trade hub in the kingdom Fir'arun. An ideal place for expanding one's business - by legal means or otherwise.

From colorful crowds to dark alleyways, Sil'heva provides enough opportunities for anyone who wants to remain hidden and make a living from their talents.
