General Appearance

Fit

As a general rule, men's clothing is moderately form-fitting without restricting their movement. Women, in contrast, wear long, flowing garments since practicality is less important for them.

Spine Opening

Shirts and jackets typically have openings on the back that reveal the Attunement Crystals along the spine. The most common form is a long slit that is held in place with cords or ribbons.

Decorations

Pants and skirts typically lack decorations, but the top pieces always have some form of ornamental trimming. At the very least, the hems are marked with a different color. Patterns vary in complexity, depending on how much money the wearer wants to invest.

Components

Underwear

Underpants cover the groin and buttocks, while a sleeveless undershirt covers the torso. The underpants of women typically reach the knee to make wearing skirts more comfortable. Their undershirts also include support structures for the bust.
Additionally, people wear stockings that are held in place by ribbons tied below the knee.

Main Layer

Men wear long pants with a straight cut. It is typically closed with lacing or a few buttons. Women wear ankle-length skirts with a wide cut.
Regardless of gender, the torso is covered in a sleeveless shirt with a high collar. It is split down the front, with a row of buttons that is hidden under a fold. The fold itself is held in place by a few wire hooks. The shirt's lower end is shaped like a semi-circle that wraps around the buttocks.

Sleeve Jacket

When the weather calls for sleeves, Elves put on a short jacket that mainly covers the arms. Women's sleeves often flare out at the wrist or end in long tips.

Materials

Underwear

The underwear is made of linen fabric that is easy to wash. Underpants and undershirts are rarely dyed because this layer is not meant to be seen anyway. However, the stockings are often dyed in a dark, neutral color.

Visible Clothes

The main clothes and sleeve jackets are made of a thin wool fabric. They are dyed in various colors, with the shirt typically being of a lighter shade than the other pieces.

Accessories

Back Scarf

In cold weather, a strip of fabric is worn below the shirt to close the gap in the back. Shirts usually have eyelets inside the collar for attaching it with tiny hooks.

Jewelry

Ear piercings are quite popular, as in many other Elf cultures. Typically, there are several of them along one or both ears. Many people also wear rings or necklaces.

Storage

Most people wear belts with various leather pouches and bags.
