Biological Traits
The Khodun looks as much like a human as any other human. It's their tell-tale gait and stiffness that gives them away. Due to low sustenance levels and other factors of their being, they are also typically extremely malnourished and pale or even close to death.
Genetics and Reproduction
While theoretically they maintain all the reproductive organs of their host species, they do not exhibit any desire to reproduce sexually, being fixated only on need to eat.

The possess all the same capabilities as a human being, with an extended range of smell, being able to smell strong scents and odors from miles away in open territory.
