Session 52

The rogue Sovereign's Shadow guard quickly dispatched the polar bear and turned his attention to Vigwalin and Sir Didymus, slashing at them with his longsword. Cuts across Vigwalin's body left him grasping at his wounds. Meanwhile, Sir Didymus did his best to defeat their foe.   Typhon, in his giant ape form, thundered into the open and let out a massive roar as the rogue guards fired crossbows at him. They charged and slashed with their swords. Typhon let his fists fly and the guards dropped to the ground. But they rose and continued their assault. Bloodbane charged forward with his electrified axe and slashed wildly at the guards. He saw an opportunity and shot lightning from it at two or three guards, dealing tremendous damage to them.   As more guards charged the adventurers, Vigwalin employed some crowd control measures and cast a confusion spell on a large group, including an enemy spellcaster. He struggled to focus on holding it as nearby guards shot at him with their crossbows.   The battle continued to rage in the keep, and it seem as though more rogue guards just kept coming.
