Aiding the Ill

A minor noble on the Rock of Bral named Kiria Evensong has fallen ill with The Itis. The disease is incurable to clerics and traditional medicines. She is looking for adventurers to go out and find her a cure, and she's paying handsomely for the deed.

The Pavillion of Whispers and Wonderment

Evensong has had a good and longstanding relationship with an information broker named The Maestro. He has a citadel in the Astral Sea that he runs his business through. Evensong has sent nearly a dozen adventuring parties on what should have been an easy quest to meet with The Maestro and ask for information regarding a cure for The Itis, however none of them have returned. Now, it seems that no one will take the job and the noble has grown desperate. She is now offering 3,000 GP for anyone who can find the cure from her old ally.
The Rat Pack, knowing all of these details, agreed to take the job.
