Demographics
Naving is a metropolitan capitol. A large human demographic exists here, but literally any race can be found here. Gnomes also make up a substantial part of the demographic, and there is a small but thriving Tiefling community.

The Inner City is the site of The Vraik Summit and much of the ancient history of the city. The presiding monarch of Dulcinea reigns from here
History
Naving was founded after the 40 Year War as a neutral location for the warring factions to meet and discuss how the world was going to be divided.
After the summit, Naving grew to encompass all of the land North of the Scorch. In 1300 ME, King Valen of Naving and King Rinde of Mioch united the banner of Dulcinea.
