Districts
Old Andover
The area of the ancient Dekaelic walled settlement of Andover on the northern bank of the Avon. This district is made up of equal square blocks, evident of the planned nature of the Dekaelic settlement. Many of the original structures are still standing, others are built on Dekaelic foundations. This is largely a poorer area of the city, housing much of Andover's working lower class. The Dekaelic Governor's Palace still stands at the center of Old Andover, now acting as an apartment building. The old Dekaelic fort is located at northwest corner. The Dekaelic baths are still in use to this day.

History
Ceamaric Andover
Earliest sources mention Andover as a major port for Ceamaric trade along the River Avon. The total population was never above 150 at this time.
Dekaelic Andover
The Dekaelics conquered Andover during their invasion. The settlement was razed decades later by a Ceamari tribe during the Ceamaric rebellions.
The Dekaelics rebuilt Andover as a planned settlement and established it as an administrative capital for the region. Andover prospered, reaching a population of about 80,000 two centuries later.
Migration-Era Andover
After the collapse of the First Dekaelic Empire and its subsequent withdrawl from Austasia, Andover came under the rule of the Nords during their incursions.
