Revman Tecar

Born to an influential political family in Jinsa, Revman would grow up learning the tenets of the Creed of Harbinger. Always deeply devoted and faithful, Revman stated that he could not help but feel as though he was worshipping the wrong god, worshipping the incorrect being. After encountering a solo priest of the Church of Veritas on the road traveling as a political attache for his family, he became deeply troubled with his own faith after discussions with the priest.   After parting ways his internal discord only grew until he decided to seek out one of the very well hidden, very secretive mobile sermons. Managing to obtain an invitation through a seemingly random selection that was revealed to be not so random as the church had been watching him, he attended his first sermon at age 23. Immediately he was enthralled with the lore, the words of this strange god, Veritas. The true nature of everything, that it was he who would strike down Harbinger in a divine duel, and claim dominion over all reality, becoming the god-king of a new pantheon.    The words resonated so deeply with him he instantly would claim desire to join after the sermon was over. Always glad to have a new initiate in the ranks, but suspicious of his sudden burning desire, the Church tasked him with collecting a dream to be analyzed, and then marked his hand with the symbol of Veritas. To collect a dream, one must pray and live life in service of Veritas. Revman would do so in secret to avoid the obvious death sentence it would be to proclaim one's worship of Veritas.    For months he tried, to a point of desperation and growing fear that he was not ordained to serve in the Church. A fear that plagued him day in and day out. Finally, it happened. One night he saw it, a great attack, on the capital. It would be a good thing... a service to the Church. This was confirmed after returning to another sermon by none other than the then Bright One, Cyras Lunz. Admitted into the church, Revman would see rapid growth and quickly rose in the ranks. His fanatically pious nature combined with this often correct visions of the future and calm, patient demeanor earned him much respect amongst his fellow faithful in the Church.

Oversaw the unification of the disparate and sometimes self embattled sects of the Church of Veritas

Has overseen a growth of the Church in its power and membership numbers.

Revman bears little to no qualms with doing whatever he perceives as necessary to bring about the birth of Veritas along with keeping the Church safe and hidden. He is known to not be actively malicious per se, but he has no issues with killing, suffering, and pain being inflicted upon others if it will further their agendas.    He believes it is every mortals enduring duty to suffer in pious manners so that they may feed Veritas.

Revman is simply motivated through his faith to Veritas, it is just that simple. He believes a world led by Veritas would be a perfect place, a utopia.
