The primary residence and point of command for The Grand Inquisitor of The Assembly, orders are given from the top from the highest floors of the nigh reality defying tower. Positioned in an isolated patch of mountains in Isle of Eyes, a north-central landmass between Western and Eastern Edrias in the Fulran Straight, The Eye watches over the entire Isle it is stated, and that from the highest windows in the highest floors, the ever-seeing eyes of The Grand Inquisitor witness all actions.
