The more, the merrier

By now, Meras City is in a space where they want to know more of what's out there. Exploration teams are formed and sent out to map the nearby area, taking note of phosphor trees and other notable phenomena. A second village, Winden, is settled north of the city. As time passes they push past their boundaries until they hit Frostmont.
A diplomatic meeting occurs and the two towns agree to help each other out. With resources from Meras City, Frostmont goes from sleepy mountain village to a booming miner's town.
