Crystal Sphere
A crystal sphere represents a physical domain, which is generally under the control of local planar deities, with a full compliment of interdependent planes, divine magic, and all of the trappings of godhood.
Having one means that, among a great many other things, controlling a system that enables the collection of souls and soul energy from mortal beings. Mortal in this case referring to a body born from the material plane of a particular sphere, which contains the incarnated eternal soul of a conscious being.
At least, these are the souls that get the most done in this regard.
After the expiration of the body, these souls are compelled to travel to their final destinations, or not, depending on their dispositions.
In the world, a crystal sphere is something that you will only see after traveling outside of it.
