Tuntu-Keskijyi Lahtepuq

Mental characteristics
Personal history
Lahtepuq grew up on Oodaar-Ermyja in a very religious family. His-her¹ uruu-side father was a priest at the grand temple of Aruunar-Yiksei and he-she attended a religious seminary with the goal of becoming a priest, however during this time he-she became radicalized into fringe conspiracy groups around time of the discovery of the Ark. Following the discovery of the Megastructure, Lahtepuq took up journalistic broadcasting and eventually moved to Gate Town.
Morality & Philosophy
Lahtepuq supports a variety of conspiracy theories, including:
- Ames Atkins' death was faked and he was abducted by offworld hydrocarbons in order to monopolize the Tachyon Drive.
- Cybernetics companies, particularly Applied Synaptics, are attempting to replace the Uruu with robots, supported by the Uruu-Hili government.
- Corporate sections of Gate Town are dispersing nano-scale robots into the air to modify people's genetic code.
¹Lahtepuq is male-female, meaning the Uruu side is male and the Hili side is female. Correspondingly, in Ontuuqa-Arkjesti double pronouns which most closely translate to "he-she" are used, which is the notation used in this article.
