Langlevon

Set upon the shimmering waters of the Serpent's Lake, Langlevon is the largest city in the Draconic Ascendancy, hosting nearly 750,000 souls of all species.
  The primary exports from Langlevon include tools of war, specialising in the development of harnesses for Wyvern Pilots, Serpentmist Lumber, trained wizards and, to their amusement, water. Langlevon sits upon the second largest freshwater deposit in Medolania, which is greedily purchased by the Helvenic Dominion at increasingly high prices.
  A typical citizen of Langlevon can expect to encounter the following professions: teacher, lumberjack, sadleir, students of wizardry, merchants, jewelers, alchemists and blacksmiths/armoursmiths. Military presence is also heavy around the city due to incursions by both Orcish rebels and violent Lizardfolk.
