Yazatas

Yazatas are the descendents of angels and gods. The birth of a yazata is heralded as a grand event. Yazatas are incredibly rare, and don't have a unique culture of their own, but their personality is invariably altered by their divine forebear. The expectation that they will be better than their peers is strong, and can be overwhelming to some, while to others it is a call to true greatness. Their appearance generally resembles that of their parents, yet the touch of their divine forebear shows itself in various ways, such as skin without blemishes and unusually symmetric features. Their eyes sometimes glow with an unusual light, or they may have feathers on their arms or wings sprouting from their backs.
