Serrice Council
The Serrice Council, one of many such Republic Councils on Thessia, is best known for its extremely high quality biotic amps, and armor systems made to interface with them. Serrice spent a greater part of their history providing top-tier equipment to asari commandos and huntresses, but have long since opened their doors as a high quality retailer to the galaxy at large. As ancient as asari society itself, Serrice began to sell their services in 693 CE.
