As a Tactician you gain the following class Features.
Hit Points
Hit Dice: 1d12 per Tactician Level
Hit Points at 1st Level: 12 + your Constitution Modifier
Hit Points At Higher Levels: 1d12 (or 7) + your Constitution modifier per Blaster level after 1st
Starting Proficiencies
Armor: Light Armor, Medium Armor, Heavy Armor, Shields
Weapons: Simple Weapons, Martial Weapons, Light Guns, Heavy Guns
Tools: None
Saving Throws: Wisdom, Charisma
Skills: Choose two from Athletics, Insight, Intimidation, Medicine, Persuasion, and Religion
Power Stat: Str, Int, Cha

Power Origin- When You gain your 1st level in any hero class you are able to use your unique talents in a few more ways by focusing it in one of these class roles.
Tactical Advantage- Just ask the DM for now.
Commanding Presence- You have such excellent leadership and teamwork capabilities that your allies rally beneath your banner. As long as a team mate is within 30 feet of you they gain a +1 to all of their Saving Throws. This bonus increases as you gain levels in Tactician based on the Tactician Table.
Scan- You may make a Perception check as a Bonus Action, if you meet the check difficulty you gain detailed information on the target. This target can be a item, building, person, or vehicle.
