Wolfen Council of Elders
The Wolfen Council of Elders is the highest governing body of the Wolfen people in Dravis, serving as the public leadership. The Council represents the wisdom, traditions, and collective history of the Wolfen, maintaining laws, cultural rites, and diplomatic relations.
Council members are chosen from the most respected elders of each Wolfen clan, their positions earned through decades of service, honor, and the completion of the Blood-Sigil Ritual in their youth.
Responsibilities
Cultural Stewardship – Preserving Wolfen customs, rituals, and history.
Law & Justice – Overseeing disputes between clans and enforcing national law.
Diplomacy – Acting as emissaries to other nations when the King or Chieftess is absent.
Military Advisement – Providing counsel on defensive strategies, especially in the harsh Dravis winters.
