The Labyrinth

The Labyrinth is an ancient, sprawling underground construct built from Angstone — the same magically reinforced material used in the creation of Legacies. Its origins predate the Frozen Planet era, and its purpose remains the subject of speculation among scholars, treasure hunters, and those who fear its secrets.

What is known is that the Labyrinth is not merely a dungeon — it is a vault, a prison, and perhaps a conduit to something far greater. Sealed gateways within it are linked to the six Elemental Artifacts, each embedded into a massive locking mechanism. Whether unlocking this door will unleash disaster or open the path to godlike power is uncertain… but the Beekeeper’s Apostles clearly intend to find out.

Structure & Features

Constructed entirely from Angstone, impervious to most forms of magic and physical damage.

Shifting corridors and chambers that seem to respond to the presence and intent of intruders.

Elemental iconography carved into key walls and doors, matching the known artifacts: Earth, Air, Fire, Light, Water, Darkness.

Residual magic lingers in the air, a faint hum that grows louder near artifact slots.

Known Entrances

The Broker’s Mine – Location where the party first encountered the Labyrinth’s artifact door.

Other entrances rumored to lie beneath ancient cities, ruined temples, and forgotten mountain passes.

Mysteries & Dangers

Sections appear to exist in overlapping dimensions, distorting space and time.

Untranslated inscriptions hint at the Labyrinth being part of a much larger network spanning the world — and perhaps beyond.
