While Attuned and equipped with this item you gain proficiency with shields and have access to the following abilities:
• You gain a +2 bonus to your AC against ranged attack rolls while you wield this Shield. This bonus is in addition to the Shield's normal bonus to AC.
• Once until the beginning of your next turn, if you are hit by an attack and the attacker is within 15 ft. of you, you may inflict 2d6 radiant damage to them.
