Bind & Trawl / Lash & Grasp
Effect
Binding chains ascend from an outer plane onto a target that you can see within range. The target must make a Strength saving throw (Bind & Trawl), or a Dexterity saving throw (Lash & Grasp). On a failure they take 1d10 magical bludgeoning damage, and are moved up to 30ft in any direction (so long as they end in a space that is closer to you than when they were first targeted). On a successful save, the target takes no damage, but is still moved up to 5ft.
The spell can choose a target twice at level 5, three times at level 11, and four times at level 17. You can choose the same target or different ones. The target makes a separate saving throw for each attempt.
