Gravity Wells
The First component of any system is the gravity mass that holds a system together. Be it a star or a black hole, one does not have a system without such a celestial body.

| 3-4 | Class A |
| 5-6 | Class F |
| 7-8 | Class G |
| 9-10 | Class K |
| 11-12 | Class M |

| 17 | Rogue System |
| 18 | Uncanny |
| 19-20 | Binary - Roll Twice |
Uncanny: an example might be a strange star event that changes its color and size or a gravity effect around a single sliver of light rather than a whole star.
Number of Masses
Within a gravity well, any number of celestial bodies may take up a permanent or temporary orbit.
Type
There are many types of celestial bodies, some habitable, some less-so, most are useful and chalkfull of resources.

| 1-14 | Inhospitable |
| 15-16 | Hospitable |
| 17 | Artificial Structures |
| 18-20 | Roll twice, the results share an orbit |
Inhospitable
From asteroids to toxic worlds, there are many planets that are less than hospitable. An inhospitasble planet is a celestial body that has no natural atmosphere or ability to contain conventional life.
Inhospitable

| 1-2 | Asteroid |
| 3-4 | Asteroid, Ice |
| 5-6 | Asteroid, Crystalline |
| 7-8 | Barren World |
| 9-10 | Barren World, Cold |

| 13-14 | Gas Giant |
| 15-16 | Molten World |
| 17-18 | Toxic World |
| 19-20 | Uncanny |
Uncanny: An example might be a mass made of a strange gelation.
Hospitable
What every intrepid explorer hopes to find around any star is a new, uninhabited hospitable world with which to stake a claim. A world with life on it may provide the limitless potential to the galaxy in the form of food, drugs, genetic diversity, and, most of all, a place for people to live.
Habitable

| 1-2 | Arid |
| 3-4 | Desert |
| 5-6 | Savanna |

| 11-12 | Tundra |
| 13-14 | Continental |
| 15-16 | Ocean |
| 17-18 | Tropical |
| 19-20 | Uncanny |
Uncanny: An example might be a whole planet mass being composed of one massive tangle of roots.
Artificial
Not all masses in a gravity well are natural. Some are constructions by intelligent beings that are here to fulfill a set purpose.
Artificial
