The Great Architect
Commonly believed to be the architect of the whole of Markait, he is a documented visitor to nearly every world seeded by species rescued from elsewhere in Creation. Often leaving behind gifts of material and knowledge to previously space fairing peoples. There are cultures that have likened him to a god of this galaxy, though others point out that he has never claimed such a title, and has offered goods and services as one sentient creature might to another.
