Introduction to the Atlas

The atlas is your guide to the major political regions of Manavata. The principle human nations are listed below:

  • Ardrigh
  • North Kingdom
  • Sandalwrin
  • The Orent
  • Carpidim
  • The Human Tribes: Several nomadic tribes of humans still exist. Several roam the wilder regions of the Grandocene, while others roam the wastes in the North Kingdom and Sandalwrin. Other wandering tribes undoubtably exist elsewhere.
  •

In addition, here is some of what is known about the non-human nations:

  • Elven Nations
  • Dwarven Nations
  • Gnomes
  • Halfling Cities: By and large, halflings form settlements and towns that fall under the domain of whatever human nations those settlements reside in. Many halflings choose to live in human societies, or form communities within the Nobilities domains. Undoubtedly, coy settlements of halflings still exist, but when such communities are discovered, they often choose to ally themselves to the dominant (often human) nation.
  • Orcish Tribes: Many tribes of orc are known to live in Sandalwrin and parts of southern Ardrigh. Calling the collection of tribes a nation is unwarranted, as the brutal, violent, and chaotic nature of that race makes establishing any some of embassy amongst them impossible. Reports of human trading caravans traveling through their wastelands are persistent, but little is genuinely known.
  • Goliath Nation: Whether the goliath race live as a scattered nation in the northern regions of the North Country, or they live as independent tribes is unclear.
  • Tabaxi Tribes: Much of what is known of the tabaxi comes from the Orent, and many of those tales defy description. No wholly tabaxi tribes are known to exist in Ardrigh, Sandalwrin, or the North Kingdom.
  • Giant Nations: The Giants are rumored to live in the far southern regions.
  • Goblin & Hobgoblin Nations
