Caught! ...Almost.

Hanz and I were doing our thing, like normal, and this night we were _way_ up. But, with great ability comes unfortunate recognition; the whole event turned out to be a sting operation.   We were captured. I couldn't reach my picks to undo the manacles without some kind of distraction, and wouldn't you know it: one appeared.   We had also (apparently) incurred the favor of some travelers, who kindly provided a distraction in the form of a flavorful smoke bomb and a quick exit plan. So now we are traveling aboard the One Eye'd Monster (never thought I'd write those words) and they definitely seem to be a useful lot, so we'll stay with them for now. The heat was getting to be a little much in Cooksport anyway, and with new ports come new opportunities.   ~A
