The Cataclysmic War was the most devastating war on the history of Malrose. It is what brought forth the new era and was responsible for the resting of civilization on Malrose

The Cataclysmic war is known by many as the most devastating war in the entire history. Any detailed knowledge of how the world was before the war was lost in it along with the reason why it started only speculations remain. Some say it was started for a petty reason like any other war but grew out of proportions, while others claim it was divines who feared the powers mortals had come to posses in the years and thus sowed the seeds for their own destruction.
