Jotu Mountains

Home to the giants and goliath, the Jotu Mountains are said to have once been part of Jötunheim itself. Many travelers speak of entering the Jotu mountains as stepping into a bubble of frigid cold - The temperature drops several degrees and the winds howl harsher. Here, giant monster beasts and giants thrive in a harsh, unforgiving environment, and many of the fiercer goliath tribes live here as a testament to their heritage.
The Jotu mountains stretch higher up than any other mountains - Little to nobody has ever reached the top, but legends tell of grand treasures and a gateway to a glorious afterlife that reside at the summit.
